These Terms apply to:

  • Online flight booking services (OTA)
  • Consultation & advisory services (third-party support and claims)

Use of this website is strictly conditional upon acceptance of these Terms.

2. Independent OTA Status

  • We are not an airline, carrier, or consolidator.
  • All tickets are issued exclusively through authorized travel consolidators under contractual agreements.
  • Airlines are not responsible for any services provided directly by Sapphire Fare LLC (consultation, service fees, platform access).
  • References to airline names, codes, or logos are purely descriptive and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

3. Fares, Rules, and Restrictions

  • All displayed fares are dynamic and not guaranteed until ticket issuance.
  • Fare rules—including:
    • Refund eligibility
    • Change and cancellation penalties
    • Baggage allowances
    • Boarding requirements
    —are defined solely by airlines and consolidators.
  • Promotional or discounted fares are typically non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking if pricing or inventory errors occur due to supplier/system issues.

4. Payment & Verification

  • All bookings require successful payment authorization.
  • Fraud prevention, identity verification, and passenger validation checks are mandatory.
  • Failed payment, chargebacks, or disputes may result in booking cancellation and possible reporting to fraud agencies.
  • All Sapphire Fare LLC service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of airline or claim outcome.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are governed exclusively by airline/consolidator fare rules.
  • DOT 24-hour refund applies only when:
    • The booking is made at least 7 days before departure AND
    • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours
  • Outside this window, airline fare rules strictly apply.
  • Refund processing timelines may take 30–90+ days depending on airline workload.
  • Service fees remain non-refundable even if a refund is approved.
  • No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

6. Consultation & Advisory Services

These services are provided as independent third-party assistance and are not airline-operated.

  • Assistance includes refund claims, compensation claims, delays, cancellations, disputes, and rebooking guidance.
  • Written or digital consent is required before we represent a passenger.

Fees & Charges:

  • A consultation/advisory fee may apply when a case is opened.
  • A success-based fee of up to 30% applies if recovery (cash, credits, vouchers) is achieved.
  • No outcome is guaranteed; airlines/suppliers make the final decision.
  • Our responsibility ends after advisory and representation; final liability rests with the airline/supplier.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Sapphire Fare LLC is not liable for:
    • Airline delays, cancellations, or operational failures
    • Missed flights, missed connections, or denied boarding
    • Additional expenses such as hotels, meals, transport, or visas
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, etc.)
    • Emotional distress, lost income, or indirect damages
  • Our maximum liability, if proven, is limited strictly to the service fees paid directly to Sapphire Fare LLC.

8. Additional Strict Conditions

  • Incorrect names or passenger details provided by the customer are the passenger’s sole responsibility.
  • Valid travel documents (visas, passports, health certificates) are the passenger’s responsibility. No refunds apply for denied boarding due to missing documents.
  • Duplicate or conflicting bookings created by the customer are non-refundable.
  • When using our advisory services for bookings made elsewhere, customers acknowledge that airlines may reject claims —and our service fees remain non-refundable.
  • Filing unjustified chargebacks will result in legal enforcement and reporting to fraud/credit monitoring agencies.
  • Airline-issued vouchers or credits are non-refundable and subject strictly to airline terms.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for all bookings.
  • Verify baggage policies, visa requirements, and travel rules before travel.
  • Check booking confirmations immediately upon receipt.
  • Understand that a booking is confirmed only once the airline issues the e-ticket.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. All disputes must be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York.

  • All Sapphire Fare LLC service fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Tickets are non-refundable/non-changeable unless airline rules allow it.
  • Consultation/advisory outcomes are not guaranteed; fees apply regardless.
  • No liability for airline actions, force majeure, or government regulations.
  • Customers are fully responsible for document accuracy and compliance.
  • Chargeback abuse will be addressed legally.
